Nature:
Success Employment Services Burnaby Office is seeking skilled volunteers for on-going Mock Interviews in 2 job search programs to help job seekers prepare for job interviews.
We welcome anyone interested in developing their career in human resources, employment counselling/coaching, immigrant services and an interest in contributing to the community. We will provide an orientation session.

Duties:
1. Conduct 15-20 minute video taped mock interview sessions with up to 4-6 interviews for job search program students
2. Evaluate and record client interview performance on Mock Interview Checklist
3. Provide encouragement and constructive feedback for improvement to job seekers
4. Inform staff on how job seekers can improve their interview skills
Qualifications:
1. Fluent spoken English communication & strong -interpersonal skills
2. Familiar with interviewing process in Canada and expectations of BC Employers
3. Ability to work with multi-cultural clientele
4. Professional Attire
5. Knowledge of job search strategies
6. Able to volunteer for on-call 3 hour weekday shifts, once or twice a month
