Nature: 2-3 hours once a week for 3 months
Duties: Acquaint newcomer with Canadian workplace culture; help newcomer access employment and educational opportunities; share industry and labour market knowledge and networks.
Qualifications: Canadian citizen or long-time resident of Canada familiar with the cultural, economic and employment systems inherent in Canada
Duration: Once a week for 3 months. Location may vary depending on the nature of match activity. To be discussed between participants
Salary: Volunteer Work
Start Date: September 2008 or at the earliest possible availability
