Nature: Volunteer; 1 - 2 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
9:30 am – 4:30 pm
Duties:
1. Answers telephone enquiries and routes to appropriate staff members if required
2. Receives visitors / clients and answers enquiries
3. Registers clients for information sessions / workshops / seminars / interviews
Qualifications:
1. Speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
2. Good customer service and communication skills
3. Experience in reception and clerical duties an asset
Start Date: As soon as possible
